There is a parking lot on the East side of Cascade (across the street from the Antler’s). This parking lot is not associated with the hotel and does require a fee.

Badges are not mailed prior to the event. If you have pre-registered online, simply come to the registration desk and pick up your welcome packet. It will include your badge and Participation Certificate if you’ve registered for education seminars.

No. The hotel has a delicious restaurant available that will be serving breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel also has a grab and go with food options and microwave available to grab something quick. Downtown Colorado Springs also hosts some amazing restaurants suitable for a variety of palettes! No outside food will be allowed in the event area due to a strict hotel policy.

Voice and visual recording is not allowed in classrooms.

Children must be 16 or older and be registered to attend seminars.

Children 15 and under must always be under adult supervision and will not be permitted on the exhibit hall show floor during exhibitor move-in or move-out hours. Lost children announcements will not be made.
